Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings...

  • Can be made in person, by telephone or online

  • Can be made online up to 8 days in advance for Members or Booking Only Members from time of the Centre opening

  • Can be made in person or by telephone up to 7 days in advance from time of the Centre opening

  • For which a fee is applicable, should be paid for in full at the time of booking. Payment within 48 hours of booking may be permitted at the discretion of the individual Centre Manager

  • Customers will need a membership or booking number in order to make a booking

  • Membership or booking number for all customers can obtained by registering free of charge online (on a Booking Only or basis as a Member) or by visiting their chosen Centre in person to complete a short application form 

Membership across our Centres also provides additional access to other Eastlands Trust facilities and activities, dependant on which Centre you registered as your home-centre. Different access from your Centre, as follows;

SINGLE CENTRE
Bookings Only or Full Membership allows use of registered / home-centre ONLY for the following Centre;

1. National Cycling Centre (link to different site with individual T&Cs)

SPORTING CENTES

Membership allows usage of registered / home-centre ONLY for the following four (4) Centres. However, additional workout classes and activities can be booked between these four Centres, but will incur the full activity charge in addition to your membership fee.

1. Belle Vue Sports Village
2. Manchester Tennis & Football Centre
3. Ten Acres Lane Sports Complex
4. Manchester National Squash Centre

Cancellations…

  • Can be only be made by phone, in person or online

  • Classes / activities may be cancelled without penalty up to 09.00hrs on the day of the class / activity either in person, online or over the phone, unless stipulated otherwise at the time of booking

  • Courts, full and half pitches may be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the commencement of the booking either in person, online or over the phone, unless stipulated otherwise at the time of booking

  • All customers (Bookings Only and all full paying Members) failing to cancel a booking within the defined period, or failing to attend and register at Reception for a pre-booked activity, will be charged the full fee for the activity in question

  • Customers with payments outstanding will NOT be permitted to book / attend activities until any outstanding payment has been fully cleared

  • Booking customers cancelling in line with this cancellation policy will receive an automatic credit which can be redeemed against future bookings
