Manchester Sport and Leisure Trust manage 11 health and fitness gyms located right across Manchester ranging from North City Family & Fitness Centre in Harpurhey all the way down to Withington Leisure Centre in South Manchester. Our centres provide affordable access to health & fitness across the city including cardio-vascular and strength & conditioning equipment, swimming pools, health suites, workout studios, instructor-led classes and much, much more.

On top of the decision to freeze all our membership and casual prices for 2010, throughout 2009 Manchester Sport & Leisure Trust undertook a significant city-wide refurbishment programme in our gyms to improve the standard of local gyms available to Manchester.

The total investment for 2009 on new gym equipment, refurbishments and improvements reached over a staggering £650,000 - reinvested for the benefit of local residents to help The Trust deliver a consistent, high-quality service and more importantly, offer competitive prices. 

And the beauty is - all of our gyms are open 7 days a week to the local Manchester community.
