Court and racket hire at Moss Side is only £1.50 between 9am and 4pm Monday - Friday and is only £1.75 all day Sunday.

Court and racket hire at Chorlton is only £1.00 between 9am and 4pm Monday - Friday.

Every Tuesday

1. All Ages - Introduction to Racketball

Time: 11.15am - 12.15pm

Cost: FREE OF CHARGE

Racketball is very similar to squash, but is played with a slightly larger racket and a bigger, bouncier ball, making it easy to get a rally going. Racketball is a great way to work out and you can expect to burn up to approximately 600Kcal! If you have never picked up a racket before or find squash too hard to play, then Racketball is for you! It's easy and good fun!

Every Wednesday

2. Little Belters

Time: 4.45pm - 5.30pm (beginners suggested age 5-9)      

Time: 5.30pm - 6.15pm (intermediate suggested age 10-16)

Cost: £1.00 per person per session

The Little Belters session is the next step up from Mini-Squash.  Players can expect to focus on match play, technical skills, fitness and tactics. Suggested age 10-16 years.  If you want to play for the Moss Side Junior team in a local squash league, these sessions are a great way to get involved.

3. Introduction to Squash

Time: 6.15pm - 7.15pm

Cost: £2.00 per person per session

4. Squash Community Night

Time: 7.15pm - 9.15pm

Cost: £3.00 per person per session

Interested in playing squash but don't know how? Looking for someone to play with? Want to play seriously? Want to have fun playing with people in the squash community?

If you are looking for any of this, then this is the programme for you! Everyone is welcome to come and meet friendly players, coaches and volunteers!

Every Saturday

5. Mini Squash - Everybody Welcome!

Time: 12.30pm - 1.30pm (suggested age 5-11)

Cost: £1.00 per person per session

Encourages children to get on court and have fun! Using specialised equipment to help children learn the basics and improve coordination and balance.
