Manchester Regional Hockey Centre

Located on Kirkmanshulme Lane (just passed Belle Vue Greyhound Stadium), the centre is a permanent legacy to the success of the Commonwealth Games 2002 and the Junior National Performance Centre for England Hockey.

The venue boasts 2 fantastic full-size water based hockey pitches, extensively used on evenings and weekends by local clubs and has close ties with St Peters RCHS, Manchester Handball Club, City of Manchester Hockey Club and Poynton Ladies Hockey Club.

The centre shares facilities with Belle Vue Leisure Centre offering access to an indoor sports hall with eight international standard badminton courts, comprehensive health and fitness facilities and workout studio and a multi-media conference centre.

How to get here
Bus: From Piccadilly Gardens stop EO, no.201 / 203 / 204 bus to Belle Vue bus station leaves every 8 minutes until 19.30 and then every 30 minutes, approximately 5 minute walk to centre.
Train: Piccadilly to Belle Vue, approximately 10-15 minute walk to the centre.
